We love open source!

We have a rich connection to the Open Source communities that help drive our platform. This website? Built on Drupal 9. Our docs are built with Docusaurus, and dashboard with Laravel - this is just scratching the surface. Open Source communities like these drive the web, and we are thankful for every individual and organization that contributes.

So, just in time for the holidays, we are very pleased to announce you can now apply for free static web hosting for open source projects :) Whether you are working with Drupal or WordPress or a popular open source Jamstack framework, if you are doing contribution work, we want to help. Use Quant for your next conference, documentation, or public-facing website - it's on us!

How does it work?

Getting your free hosting plan is easy. Go to our application form, fill it out, and we’ll get back to within a few days. If you qualify, you’ll be set up with a free Basic hosting account so you can support your open source project easily.

What does my free hosting plan include?

The free static hosting plan for open source projects is a “Basic” plan which includes:

  • 1 website
  • 1 user
  • 1 form with unlimited submissions
  • 500k hits per month
  • 1GB storage

And we also throw in QuantSearch which is an add-on for the Basic plan!

What isn't included in my free static hosting plan?

The Basic plan doesn’t include a Support Level Agreement (SLA) so you won’t have access to the dedicated portal. That said, you certainly can contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are pretty responsive, even without an SLA :) And, if your project needs more bells and whistles, just let us know and let’s see what we can do. We’re real humans who love open source!
